Support, without surveillance

Report an issue with no email and no name. Your Spojiti app confirms it is really you with a one-time code, so nobody can post in your place. You get a ticket code, the only key to the conversation, so save it. The conversation happens right here, in the open.

Known issues, and what fixes them

Check these first. If yours is not here, report it below.

Report an issue, with no name or e-mail

Plain text only. If it helps, attach the app's diagnostics export (Settings → About Spojiti → Diagnostics → Share), it records what the app did, never what you said, and it stays private to us either way.

Every ticket below shows no name and no account, including yours; only our staff can see the random account id that confirmed it. Statuses change here, not in private.

Lost a phone or computer?

Report it here. From that moment it receives nothing more, and 48 hours later, the next time Spojiti on it reaches our relay, it tries to back up your chats and then erases itself without showing anything. If the backup went through, restore your chats on a new device with your 12 words. Free, on every plan.

You need your Account ID and your lost-device code: in the app, Settings, then Account, then Lost-device code. Every device signed in to the account before now erases itself, so if you still have one of them, report from that device instead (the same screen, Report my other devices lost) and it is left alone. A report made here waits 48 hours before anything is erased: if you did not make it, open Spojiti on any of your devices and cancel it (with your Spojiti PIN, once your app asks you to set one).

The honest limit: a device that never comes online again cannot be reached by anyone. With App Lock on, Spojiti stays locked behind your Spojiti PIN, and your chats stay encrypted on the device.
