The service

Spojiti provides end-to-end encrypted messaging, calling and related features. Your identity is a cryptographic key derived from a recovery phrase that only you hold, if you lose the phrase, we cannot recover your identity or history, because we never had the keys to open them.

Acceptable use

Do not use Spojiti for unlawful activity, to harass or endanger others, to distribute content that exploits or endangers children, or to interfere with the service. We cannot read content, but we may restrict service to identifiers engaged in abuse of the platform itself, and we respond to valid legal process as described in our Privacy Policy.

Your content

Your messages belong to you. They are end-to-end encrypted; we hold ciphertext for delivery and, only if you turn on Spojiti.cloud backup, encrypted backups we cannot open. You are responsible for the content you send and for keeping your recovery phrase and devices secure.

Spojiti Packs

Every feature is free, with limits. A pack raises those limits for a year, and a higher pack includes every pack below it. A pack is bought on our website (card or net banking, in the currency of your price group) as a pack code you add in the app, or on iPhone through the App Store at the store's own price. A pack code bought on our website is final once it is shown (see our refund policy); a pack bought in the App Store follows the store's refund rules. Whoever holds a pack code holds the pack, so keep it as safe as your recovery phrase.

Nothing renews automatically. A pack bought before its year ends renews it; a higher pack bought while a lower one is running starts its own year. An offer, a promotion code or a referral may give a pack free or at a discount for a time; the terms of each are shown with it, and a discount applies on our website and in the Android, macOS and Windows apps, never to a purchase made through the App Store. In-chat payment requests are switched off for now; a payment card hands off to your own payment app, and Spojiti is never a party to that transaction.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties; to the maximum extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. We may update these terms; continued use after an update is acceptance.
